COUGARS SUMMER PROGRAMME
The Medway Cougars have a full summer programme lined up as we lay the foundations for what we trust will be a successful under seventeen season next time around. Details of our plans for the summer are as follows:
Tuesday Evening Training sessions run by Gordon.
Gordon will be running training sessions from 6:30pm until 7:30pm on the first Tuesday of every month (May, June and July). His sessions will then revert to every Tuesday from the start of August. All Cougar players are encouraged to attend.
Sunday morning condition and fitness training with Geoff Kempt.
Geoff will be running conditioning and fitness training for the under 15s, under 16s and our Cougars every Sunday between 10am and 12 noon at the club. All Cougar players are welcome to attend - just turn up at the club and look out for Geoff.
Touch Rugby Wednesday evenings
All our Cougars are encouraged to attend Touch Rugby sessions at the club every Wednesday, 7pm onwards, as part of our programme to keep the player's fitness up.

Sunday 16 May - End of Season Lunch
And finally, Sunday 16 May is the Cougars end of season lunch and award presentation. All players are asked to attend and parents/guardians are also invited. The event starts at 12 noon for a 12:30pm sit down, consists of a four course roast main, and costs £16 per head, payable on the door on the day.
